Campaign Management & Performance

Our programmatic experts typically come to the table with in-platform trading experience across major real-time buying platforms (Adobe, Google-AdWords, DV360, TheTradeDesk etc.), and have worked at either at an agency or tech company. Required skills include proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Third party Ad verification (IAS, Double Verify, Moat etc.), reporting from Ad servers (Google Campaign Manager, SAS) years of in-platform trading experience across major real-time buying platforms (Adobe, Google-AdWords, DV360, TheTradeDesk etc.) with advanced analytics and optimization capabilities. 

Our Paid Social specialists plan, execute, optimize, manage and report on paid social media strategy across social platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit or LinkedIn depending on client needs. Paid Search employees plan and manage Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns, including account setup, organization, and management, and are experts in Googe Ads and Analytics.  

Data & Analytics

WorkReduce hires experienced analysts who have been in the marketing industry or want more exposure and experience in marketing data. We have opportunities in early-career experience as well as more senior-level data wranglers. Our clients cover the advertising agency space and into brand-direct. We work to match experience level with our client needs to make an ideal match, ensuring every project is completed with the best person for the job.

Ad Operations

Ad Operations are critical to the success of any digital media buy. We have a consistent need for candidates with experience implementing, troubleshooting, and providing QA across paid media campaigns including search, programmatic, display, and mobile apps. We value experience in media tools like Campaign Manager, Adobe DTM, Sizmek, and Flashtalking, in addition to search, programmatic, and social bidding tools such as SA360, Kenshoo, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, and The Trade Desk. 

Media Planning & Strategy

Media Planners at WorkReduce are responsible for the planning of all media for existing clients and new business, in addition to research, development, and presentation of media plans.
